Surya Computers is a computer shop in Tragad, Ahmedabad. We repair laptops, desktops and printers, install CCTV cameras, set up office networks, and sell new and refurbished computers, spare parts and stationery. The counter is at GF-01, Aristo Anandam, a short walk from the back side of Nirma University.
Who runs the shop

Most repairs are done at the bench inside the shop, including motherboard work at chip level. We don't courier boards to a bigger centre and add a margin on top. If something is beyond what we can fix properly, we say so before you leave the device with us.
What comes across the counter
On an ordinary day the bench has a few laptops with charging problems or cracked screens, a desktop that won't boot, and an ink-tank printer printing streaks. Somebody from a society in Chandkheda calls about cameras for the gate. A student wants 40 pages printed and spiral bound before a 9 am submission.
That mix is why the shop carries both repair parts and stationery. People who come in for one usually end up needing the other.

How we deal with customers
Three rules, and we stick to them:
- Price before work. We check the device, call you with the fault and the cost, and wait for your yes. No surprise bills.
- Your old parts come back to you. If we replace a keyboard or a battery, you get the old one in your hand.
- Your data stays yours. We don't browse your files. If a job needs a Windows reinstall, we copy your data out first and tell you where it is.
