Printer repair, refills and setup
Ink-tank printers with blocked heads, laser printers jamming or printing faint, cartridges to refill, and new printers to set up on Wi-Fi.
We repair inkjet, ink-tank and laser printers at our shop in Tragad, behind Nirma University, and at offices nearby. Epson L-series, Canon G-series, HP Smart Tank, HP LaserJet and Canon LBP models are the ones we see most.

Ink tank printers (Epson, Canon, HP)
Ink tank printers are cheap to run, but they hate sitting idle. In Ahmedabad's dry months, ink dries in the head within a couple of weeks of no use, and the printer starts printing gaps or nothing at all. Print one colour page a week to prevent it.
When software cleaning doesn't help, we clean the head manually and flush the ink lines. We also handle waste ink pad replacement and the counter reset the printer asks for. Approx ₹500 – ₹1,200.
Laser printers
For HP LaserJet 1020, M1005, Canon LBP2900 and similar, the usual jobs are pickup roller replacement for jams, drum replacement for grey or dirty prints, and fuser repair when the toner rubs off the page. Cartridge and toner refilling
We refill laser toner cartridges and common ink cartridges at the counter, usually while you wait. A refill costs a small fraction of a new cartridge. Drums don't last forever, so after several refills, print quality tells us when the drum needs changing too. See also toner, ink and paper.
Printer installation and setup
New printer, new laptop, or changed Wi-Fi password? We install drivers, connect the printer to your Wi-Fi or office network, share it across PCs, and set up scanning to a folder or email. For offices, this is often done during an onsite visit.
Common questions
My Epson ink tank printer prints blank pages even with full tanks.
The print head nozzles are blocked, usually after the printer sat unused for a few weeks. Run head cleaning from the printer software twice. If it's still blank, the head needs manual cleaning, which we do at the shop.
What does 'waste ink pad full' or 'service required' mean?
Ink tank printers collect waste ink in a pad. When the counter reaches its limit, the printer stops. We replace or clean the pad and reset the counter.
Do you refill HP and Canon cartridges?
Yes, common black and colour cartridges and laser toners. Refills cost far less than new cartridges. Some newer chip-locked cartridges can't be refilled, and we'll tell you if yours is one.
Can you set up my printer to print from phones?
Yes. We connect Wi-Fi printers to your network and set up printing from Windows, Android and iPhone.
