Refund and return policy

Surya Computers sells products and services at our shop in Tragad, Ahmedabad. We don't sell or take payment online through this website. This policy covers purchases made at the shop or arranged by phone or WhatsApp.
Products
- Faulty on purchase: if a product is faulty when you buy it, tell us within [CONFIRM: days] days with the bill. We replace it, or refund if a replacement isn't available.
- Wrong part supplied by us: exchanged for the correct part, or refunded.
- Change of mind: [CONFIRM: your policy, e.g. exchange within 3 days if unopened and unused; no refund on opened software, licences and consumables].
- Not returnable: software licences once activated, consumables once opened (toner, ink, paper), and parts ordered specially for your device unless faulty.
Services and repairs
- Repair charges are agreed before work starts. If the same fault returns within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge under the warranty policy.
- If we can't repair the device after you approved the work, you pay only the inspection charge, and any part not fitted is not charged.
- Stationery and print services (xerox, printing, binding) are checked at the counter. If we made an error, such as a missing page or wrong binding, we redo it at no charge.
How refunds are paid
