Before you send the PDF
- Leave a wider left margin, about 3 cm, so text doesn't vanish into the binding.
- Check the page order, especially if the certificate and declaration pages come from a different file.
- Mention any department rule on cover colour, transparent sheet on top, or spine text.
- Count copies: one for you, your guide, the department, and the library if needed.
Submission week
The last two days before a project deadline are the busiest at the counter. Groups that send PDFs a day early get their copies without waiting in the evening rush. Class representatives ordering 30 or more sets: send the file and the count, and we'll tell you a collection time.
Common questions
How long does spiral binding take?
A few minutes per copy for normal reports. For 20 or more copies, give us a couple of hours.
Does my university need a specific binding format?
Many departments ask for a particular cover colour, text on the spine, or hard binding for the final thesis. Bring the guideline sheet or a photo of a senior's report, and we'll match it.
Can you print and bind together?
Yes. Send the PDF on WhatsApp, tell us the copies and binding type, and collect the finished reports.
