Windows 10 and 11 installation
A clean Windows install with every driver working (Wi-Fi, touchpad, function keys, audio), updates done, and your files copied back where they were.
Surya Computers installs Windows 11 and Windows 10 on laptops and desktops at our shop in Tragad, near Nirma University. Your files are backed up first, and every driver is checked before handover.
What's included

- Restore and checkFiles back in place, then every key, port, camera and the speakers tested.
When a reinstall is the right fix
- Windows won't start, or keeps going into "Automatic Repair"
- Heavy malware or pop-ups that cleanup can't remove
- Years of clutter making a decent PC feel slow
- Moving to a new SSD and wanting a fresh start instead of a clone
If the PC is slow because it still has a hard disk, a fresh install helps for a few weeks. An SSD fixes it for good.

Common questions
Will reinstalling Windows remove viruses?
A clean install removes almost all malware because the system drive is wiped. We scan your backed-up files before copying them back, so nothing infected returns.
Do I need to buy Windows again?
Usually not. Most laptops have a Windows licence stored in the BIOS that activates automatically after a clean install. Desktops with a retail key need that key, or your Microsoft account if it's linked.
Windows 10 or 11?
Windows 11 if your PC supports it (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, a supported processor). Windows 10 support has ended, so it no longer gets security updates. If your PC can't run 11, we'll explain the options.
How long does it take?
Two to four hours including backup, install, drivers, updates and restoring files. Slow hard disk machines take longer.
