Prices on this website

Prices shown on this website are approximate and for guidance only. The final price for any repair or installation is confirmed after checking the device or site, and before any work starts. Product prices are given on enquiry and may change with stock.

Repairs

  • We check the device and tell you the fault and price. Work starts only after your approval.
  • If you decide not to go ahead, an inspection charge of [CONFIRM: amount] may apply.
  • Please back up your data before handing over a device where possible. We take care with your data, but we can't be responsible for data loss caused by a failing drive or by the fault itself.
  • Devices not collected within [CONFIRM: days] days of the repair being completed and informed may attract a storage charge. Devices not collected within [CONFIRM: days] days may be disposed of after written notice.
  • Replaced parts are returned to you unless you ask us to dispose of them, or they're exchanged under a part warranty.

Pickup and onsite visits

  • Pickup and onsite visits are available in Chandkheda, Tragad, the Nirma University area, Motera, Jagatpur, Gota and Zundal.
  • Visit and pickup charges, if any, are told when booking.
  • The condition of the device is noted on the pickup receipt.

CCTV and networking work

  • Quotes are based on the site visit. Extra cable, conduit, poles or civil work beyond the quote are charged after informing you.
  • You're responsible for getting any permission needed from your society, landlord or neighbours for camera placement.
  • Passwords are handed to you at completion. Please keep them safe.

Software

We install only genuine, licensed software. Licence costs are separate from installation charges.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery or completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted: [CONFIRM: payment methods].
