Custom gaming and editing PC builds
Tell us the games or software and your budget. We suggest a parts list, build it, install drivers, and stress-test it before you take it home.
Surya Computers builds custom PCs for gaming, video editing, design and office work at our shop behind Nirma University, Tragad. Parts are chosen for what you'll actually run, not to fill a spec sheet.
How a build works
- Your use and budgetGames and settings you want, or software like Premiere, Blender, AutoCAD, Tally.
- Parts listA clear list with prices from current stock. You approve or adjust it.
- Build and cable managementTidy routing for airflow, not just looks.
- SetupBIOS updated, XMP set for RAM speed, Windows and drivers installed.
- Stress testCPU and GPU under full load, temperatures checked, before handover.
Typical builds
| Build | Spend priority |
|---|---|
| 1080p gaming | Mid-range GPU, 6-core CPU, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe |
| 1440p / high-refresh gaming | Stronger GPU, 32 GB RAM, good cooling |
| Video editing | More CPU cores, 32–64 GB RAM, fast NVMe, GPU for encoding |
| Office / Tally | Modest CPU, 16 GB RAM, SSD, quiet and small |
Things we don't compromise on
- A branded power supply with honest wattage
- Enough case airflow for Ahmedabad summers
- A UPS recommendation sized to the build
Common questions
Can I bring parts I bought online?
Yes, we'll assemble them for a build charge. We check compatibility first, and warranty on those parts stays with the seller.
Where should the budget go for gaming?
Graphics card first, then the processor, then RAM and a fast SSD. Never cut the power supply: a cheap SMPS is the most common reason assembled PCs fail.
Can you upgrade it later?
Yes. We plan the build with room for more RAM, a bigger graphics card or another drive, and pick a power supply with headroom.
Something not working? Call before you come.
We can often tell over the phone whether it's a quick fix or a day's job.
