This policy explains what information Surya Computers ("we") collects, why, and how we protect it. It covers this website, enquiries by phone and WhatsApp, and the devices you leave with us for repair.

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, mobile number, area or address, when you book a repair, pickup or site visit.
Device details: make, model, problem description and accessories handed over.
Business details: company name and GSTIN, if you ask for a GST invoice.

We use this only to provide the service you asked for, to contact you about it, and for billing and warranty records.

Forms on this website

The booking and enquiry forms on this website don't store anything on our server. When you press send, your message opens in WhatsApp on your own device, and is sent only if you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.

Data on your devices

When you leave a laptop, desktop, phone storage card or hard disk with us:

We access files only where the job requires it, such as backing up before a Windows reinstall or recovering data you asked for.
We don't copy, keep or share your personal files. Backup copies made for a job are deleted once you've confirmed your data is back.
Recovered data is handed over on your drive or ours, and deleted from our systems afterwards.

Website visits

This website doesn't use advertising trackers. [CONFIRM: if you add Google Analytics or similar later, describe it here] The embedded Google Map and Google Fonts are loaded from Google, which may receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

CCTV at customer sites

When we install or repair CCTV, we may see live or recorded footage while testing. We don't keep copies. Viewing passwords are handed to you, and we suggest you change them after handover.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to complete your service, for example with a manufacturer for a warranty claim, or when required by law.

Your choices
