- Fix or take backIf it needs the bench, we take it to the shop and return it when done.
For offices with several computers, a yearly AMC usually costs less than paying for separate visits, and you get priority when something breaks.
Common questions
What can be fixed onsite, and what can't?
Software, Windows problems, printer setup and most printer faults, Wi-Fi and network issues, RAM and SSD upgrades, and SMPS replacement can usually be done onsite. Screen replacements and board repairs need our bench and are taken back to the shop.
How quickly can you come?

For offices with several machines or an AMC, we can discuss it. For single home visits, we stick to the seven areas so we can reach you without long delays.
