Common questions
New or refurbished for our team?
New for staff who travel or need full warranty. Refurbished business models work well for training rooms, labs, interns and fixed desks, at a lower cost.
Can you set up email and software before delivery?
Yes. We install Windows, Office, your business apps and settings on every machine before delivery, so staff can start on day one.
Do you handle old laptops when we upgrade?
[CONFIRM: confirm exchange / buyback / data wiping for old laptops]
Something not working? Call before you come.
We can often tell over the phone whether it's a quick fix or a day's job.
