Server and NAS setup
One place for the office's shared files and Tally data, with folders only the right people can open, and automatic backups of every PC overnight.
We set up NAS devices and small file servers for offices, clinics and small firms in Chandkheda, Tragad, Motera, Gota and nearby. That means shared folders, user permissions, Tally data and nightly backups, all in one box.

Common questions
NAS or a spare PC as a server?
A NAS uses less power, is built to run all the time, and has backup and mirroring tools built in. A spare PC works, but it's noisier, uses more power and needs more looking after.
Is RAID a backup?
No. Mirroring (RAID 1) protects against one disk failing, but if a file is deleted or encrypted by ransomware, it's gone from both disks at once. You still need a separate backup.
Can staff reach the NAS from outside the office?
Yes, securely through a VPN or the NAS maker's remote-access app with two-step login. We don't open it straight to the internet.
Something not working? Call before you come.
We can often tell over the phone whether it's a quick fix or a day's job.
