A word on original documents
We're often asked to laminate original marksheets and degree certificates. We'll do it if you want, but we'll mention this first: many institutions and government offices prefer originals that aren't laminated, because lamination hides security features and makes stamps hard to check. A clear plastic sleeve protects the original just as well and comes off.

Common questions
Should I laminate original certificates?
Think twice. Some universities and offices won't accept laminated originals because they can't verify the stamp or watermark. Laminate a copy, and keep the original in a plastic sleeve instead.
Can a lamination be removed later?
Not cleanly. Hot lamination bonds to the paper, and peeling it off usually tears the document.
