No time to come to the shop? We collect the laptop from your home or office, repair it at our bench, and drop it back once you've approved the price.
Surya Computers picks up laptops and desktops from Chandkheda, Tragad, the Nirma University area, Motera, Jagatpur, Gota and Zundal, repairs them at our shop, and brings them back.
How it works
- BookUse the booking form or WhatsApp us with your address, the device and the problem.
- PickupWe collect it at the agreed time and give you a receipt listing the device, its condition and what came with it.
- QuoteAfter checking, we call or WhatsApp with the fault and price. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
- DropWe bring it back, you check it, and pay by [CONFIRM: payment methods].

Before we collect
- Back up anything important if the laptop still works.
- Sign out of anything you'd rather we didn't see, or tell us the password at the counter only if testing needs it.
- Write the problem down in a line or two, including when it started. It saves a call later.
Common questions
What should I hand over at pickup?
The laptop and its charger. Keep your bag, mouse and other accessories unless they're part of the problem. We note everything we take on a receipt.
What if I decide not to repair after the quote?
We return the laptop as it was. Only the inspection charge applies [CONFIRM: inspection and return charge].
Is my laptop safe in transit?
We carry it in a padded bag and note its condition, including scratches and dents, on the pickup receipt so there's no confusion later.
