Bring the old one
The fastest way to get the right item is to bring the empty cartridge or bottle, or a photo of the printer's model label. Many cartridges look alike but don't fit each other's printers.
Want to spend less on toner? A refill costs a fraction of a new cartridge.
Common questions
Genuine or compatible ink?
For ink tank printers, genuine ink bottles are safest for the print head and not very expensive. For laser printers, refilled or compatible toner is fine for everyday office printing.
Which paper is best for my office printer?
70–75 GSM A4 suits everyday printing and copying. 80 GSM feels better for letters, resumes and client documents, and jams less in some printers.
