What an AMC covers

Why offices take one
Without an AMC, each problem becomes a separate call, a separate wait and a separate bill. Small issues, like a disk starting to fail or a UPS battery getting weak, go unnoticed until they stop work for a day. Regular visits catch those early. And because we already know your setup, a breakdown call is quicker: we know which PC runs Tally, where the router is, and what the printer IP is.
Getting a quote

Common questions
What's the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
A non-comprehensive AMC covers labour, visits and check-ups, and parts are billed separately. A comprehensive AMC also covers most replacement parts. Comprehensive costs more per device but makes yearly costs predictable.
How many computers do we need for an AMC?

Is CCTV included?
It can be. We add DVR/NVR health checks, camera cleaning and recording checks to the same contract if we installed or can support your system.
What happens in a preventive visit?
We clean the machines, check disk health, update Windows and antivirus, check backups are running, test the UPS, and note anything likely to fail soon.
